Report Procim site access problem

Report that secure.procimprojects.net is not accessible from your location. A diagnostic report will be sent to the infrastructure team immediately.

Step 1: Automatic connectivity test

Test connectivity from your browser to the Procim servers.

Step 2: Run traceroute from your PC

This shows the network route from your location to the Procim servers and helps identify where connectivity breaks down.

Open a command prompt or terminal and run one of the commands below depending on your computer.

  • Windows: Press Win + R, type cmd, then press Enter.
  • Mac: Open Finder > Applications > Utilities > Terminal, or press Cmd + Space and search for Terminal.
  • Linux: Open your applications menu and search for Terminal, or press Ctrl + Alt + T.

Paste one of the below outputs in your form and press enter on your keyboard.

Windows: tracert secure.procimprojects.net
Mac/Linux: traceroute secure.procimprojects.net

The trace will run for up to several minutes until it reaches a maximum of 30 hops (rows).

Copy and paste your entire tracert / traceroute into Step 3 below.
